If your child plans to go home with someone other than his/her carpool, please have all parties inform respective teachers
Look over graded tests (in clear packet) and planner each Friday. Note "stickers" for well done, NP (not prepared for class), INC (incomplete homework), etc. Pink slips should be signed to show you have seen planners and graded papers.

How we make a 5th grade education come alive:
Fifth graders in Room 10 complete news articles interviewing eighth graders about their Confirmation experience.
Apply chemistry concepts from science classes to learn about minerals & to get ready for field trip to Natural History Museum.
Keep Lenten promises & focus on Jesus' Sacrifice for us by adding a ”piece of stained glass” to the large crucifix for each successful day.
Participate in geography role-playing simulations (Caravans)...traveling around the world...presently leaving the Middle East on our way to Asia. Students may use Power Point presentations. Due dates TBA
Reading - Beginning Term 4, each student will be required to pass at least one Accelerated Reading Test using library or classroom computers.
